La pregunta del mill\u00f3n que te haces (y que tus clientes te har\u00e1n) es:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">\u00ab\u00bfMi RAM est\u00e1 da\u00f1ada, o fue culpa de esa actualizaci\u00f3n de Windows que instal\u00e9 ayer?\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Diagnosticar el origen es crucial, porque\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">reinstalar Windows cuando el problema es hardware no sirve de nada<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">, y\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">cambiar piezas cuando el problema es software es tirar dinero<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">En este post te voy a ense\u00f1ar el\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">m\u00e9todo forense<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0que usan los t\u00e9cnicos expertos para diferenciar un fallo de hardware de un error de software en 5 pasos l\u00f3gicos. Olv\u00eddate de la suerte; aqu\u00ed solo hay\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">diagn\u00f3stico puro y duro<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"\">Paso 1: La \u00abPrueba de la BIOS\u00bb (El diagn\u00f3stico diferencial m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido del mundo)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Antes de tocar nada, aplica la regla de oro del diagn\u00f3stico:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si el fallo aparece dentro de Windows, pero el equipo funciona perfectamente en la BIOS, el problema es CASI SEGURO de Software\/Drivers. Si falla en la BIOS, es Hardware 100%.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se hace?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Apaga el port\u00e1til completamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Enci\u00e9ndelo y presiona repetidamente la tecla para entrar en la BIOS (normalmente\u00a0<\/span><code>F2<\/code><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><code>Supr<\/code><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><code>F10<\/code><span class=\"\">\u00a0o\u00a0<\/span><code>Esc<\/code><span class=\"\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Una vez dentro,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">mant\u00e9n el equipo en la BIOS durante 15-20 minutos<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. No hagas nada, solo d\u00e9jalo ah\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Interpretaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si el port\u00e1til se congela, se apaga o se llena de artefactos (p\u00edxeles raros) en la BIOS:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0Tu problema es\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">hardware puro<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(placa base da\u00f1ada, CPU, RAM defectuosa o sobrecalentamiento extremo). Lleva el equipo directamente al taller.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si la BIOS responde perfectamente, te mueves por los men\u00fas sin problemas y no se apaga:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0Entonces el hardware b\u00e1sico (CPU, placa y RAM) est\u00e1 bien. El fallo est\u00e1 en\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Windows, sus controladores o el disco duro\/SSD<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"\">Paso 2: Analiza el C\u00f3digo de Error y la Frecuencia (El patr\u00f3n del delincuente)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">No todos los pantallazos azules BSOD son iguales. La informaci\u00f3n se mezcla en la memoria RAM de forma err\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong><span class=\"\">Siempre el MISMO c\u00f3digo de error<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(Ej:\u00a0<\/span><code>WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR<\/code><span class=\"\">\u00a0siempre que juegas o editas v\u00eddeo).<\/span><\/td>\n<td><strong><span class=\"\">Hardware<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(Sobrecalentamiento de la CPU\/GPU o fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n insuficiente en port\u00e1tiles).<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong><span class=\"\">El BSOD ocurre al conectar un USB, un disco externo o un dispositivo espec\u00edfico.<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong><span class=\"\">Software \/ Driver de ese perif\u00e9rico<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. El controlador es incompatible o est\u00e1 da\u00f1ado.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong><span class=\"\">El BSOD ocurre aleatoriamente, incluso en reposo o en el escritorio sin hacer nada.<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong><span class=\"\">Hardware<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(Generalmente memoria RAM defectuosa o problemas de voltaje en la placa base).<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"\">Paso 3: La Prueba de la Memoria RAM (El gran separador de aguas)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">La RAM es el componente que m\u00e1s se confunde con problemas de software. Para salir de dudas, usa la herramienta oficial de Microsoft:\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Diagn\u00f3stico de Memoria de Windows<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">C\u00f3mo ejecutarla:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Presiona\u00a0<\/span><code>Windows + R<\/code><span class=\"\">, escribe\u00a0<\/span><code>mdsched.exe<\/code><span class=\"\">\u00a0y presiona Enter.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Selecciona \u00abReiniciar ahora y buscar problemas\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">El equipo reiniciar\u00e1 y comenzar\u00e1 un esc\u00e1ner en azul con barras de progreso.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">D\u00e9jalo correr al menos 1 hora completa (hasta que pase por 2 pasadas).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Interpretaci\u00f3n (CRUCIAL):<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si la herramienta reporta \u00abNo se encontraron errores\u00bb:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Descarta hardware (RAM)<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. Tu problema es, sin duda,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">software<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. Ve directo al Paso 5.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si la herramienta reporta \u00abSe detectaron errores de hardware\u00bb:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Problema de hardware confirmado<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. Debes cambiar los m\u00f3dulos de RAM.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"\">Paso 4: La Prueba de Estr\u00e9s (\u00bfCalor o Controlador?)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Si pasaste el paso 3 y la RAM est\u00e1 bien, pero el BSOD sigue apareciendo, mete el equipo en un\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">\u00abambiente de software limpio\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Arranca Windows en\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Modo Seguro con funciones de red<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Mant\u00e9n presionada la tecla\u00a0<\/span><code>Shift<\/code><span class=\"\">\u00a0mientras le das a \u00abReiniciar\u00bb &gt; Solucionar problemas &gt; Opciones avanzadas &gt; Configuraci\u00f3n de inicio &gt; Reiniciar &gt; Presiona\u00a0<\/span><code>F5<\/code><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Observa el comportamiento en Modo Seguro:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si el port\u00e1til funciona estable durante horas en Modo Seguro (navegando, moviendo archivos):<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0El problema es 100%\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Software<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(un driver de terceros, un antivirus, o un servicio de fondo). En Modo Seguro, Windows solo carga los drivers m\u00e1s esenciales.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si el port\u00e1til da un BSOD incluso en Modo Seguro:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0La cosa se pone seria. Aunque la RAM pas\u00f3 la prueba, podr\u00edas tener un\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">SSD\/Disco duro da\u00f1ado<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> (hardware) o la placa base sufriendo fallos el\u00e9ctricos y hay que llevarla a un taller especializado.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"\">Paso 5: La Sentencia Final (El veredicto)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Con toda la evidencia recolectada, aplica esta l\u00f3gica final para dar tu diagn\u00f3stico profesional:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si tu diagn\u00f3stico es \u00abSOFTWARE\u00bb (Lo m\u00e1s com\u00fan, un 80% de los casos):<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Soluci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0No reinstales todo a\u00fan. Primero, arranca desde un USB de Windows y elige \u00abReparar equipo\u00bb &gt; S\u00edmbolo del sistema. Ejecuta estos tres comandos en orden:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><code>DISM \/Online \/Cleanup-Image \/RestoreHealth<\/code><span class=\"\">\u00a0(Repara los archivos del sistema).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><code>SFC \/SCANNOW<\/code><span class=\"\">\u00a0(Verifica la integridad de los archivos).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Desinstala el \u00faltimo driver instalado o la \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n de Windows 10\/11 desde el Modo Seguro.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Si tu diagn\u00f3stico es \u00abHARDWARE\u00bb (Confirmado por BSOD en BIOS o error en MemTest):<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Soluci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> Abre el port\u00e1til (si tienes experiencia) y prueba las RAMs una a una. Si solo tienes un m\u00f3dulo, pide prestado una memoria a un amigo para testear. Si el error persiste, el problema suele ser la <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">placa base<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0o el\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">disco duro<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(revisa el estado del disco con\u00a0<\/span><code>CrystalDiskInfo<\/code><span class=\"\">).
